While Gallery Guichard, LLC does not provide packing and shipping services, we do use a third party shipper* to assist us in shipping to and from our facility.

We require written authorization from the client to release property to any third party including but not limited to our recommended shippers.* You may fax the Shipping Release Form (see attached) to 773.373.8060 or email your authorization to aguichard@galleryguichard.com.

*Gallery Guichard, LLC takes no responsibility for any acts or omissions of carriers or packers whether or not they are recommended by us. Property will not be released to the shipper without the buyer\'s written consent and until payment has been made in full. Packing and handling of purchases by us is at the entire risk of the purchaser, and Gallery Guichard, LLC will have no liability of any loss or damage to such items.
